You can delete the following documents:
- rejected news items
- articles in the dustbin
- deleted messages in the forum
- authors in the dustbin
- rejected petition signatures.

Deletion will remove the document from the database,
but doesn't clean the cache on the hard drive, NOR the search engine indexing in the database.
Remember to empty the cache on the server and reinitialise the indexing of your site now and again (every month, two months or 6 months for instance).
